About time I posted something. It's been almost 4 months and I've only managed to finish one drawing.
Been sort of busy studying for university entrance exams. I also signed a contract for an amazing apartment and will be moving in soon.



Here are some random unfinished ones which I totally forgot about:

Entering 2011

This is something I've been working on today. One of my first pictures of 2011.
I also got another picture that I've been drawing recently but I'll post that one later. (When it looks better...)

Something tells me that I should leave this uncolored but I guess I'll color it anyway. That's much more fun than sketching.

So, here's something I recently finished.
I seem to have a thing for "halos". Used those in a few pictures already.
Can't really think of an intelligent title for this image. Come back 2 me is a funny song by Ayreon though so I'll use that.

Finally finished~

Wow, I'm done! Actually making this didn't take as long as I imagined.
I always end up liking the line art more than the colored version for some reason. Also in this case.
The head is way too round so I decided to add the veil to cover it up for a bit. Not sure if it worked? It also makes the picture look less plain. (I think)

Anyway, I'll start working on a big commission now. (Got it like 4 months ago. But I got lazy... :/)

I've got two commissions currently. I'll even get paid for doing those, whoa. First time for me.

The Start!

Ohoy!

I decided to start a blog so I could let people see my art, get opinions and maybe criticism even though I'm kind of sensitive when it comes to that. (Since deviantART wasn't really my thing.)

About the name, I decided to name this blog "The Unfinished Gallery" since I hardly ever finish any pictures I start.
My image folder contains around 300 PSD files. (Around 3 GB in total.) My finished pictures folder has around 30 finished drawings... So go figure. :D
Leaving pictures unfinished is partially due to my laziness but usually I also start to dislike the pictures too much when I've been working with them for too long.
It also takes me a great amount of time to actually finish anything. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to drawing and mostly I'm still not satisfied with the finished drawings.

Here's something I've been working on for a while.
I was actually able to get the sketch and line art done pretty fast. I was surprised! I'm still not sure about the coloring though.
